Dear Family in Christ,

I'm thrilled to share my latest newsletter, "God’s Trailblazing Work: Honoring His Guidance," with you. The attached newsletter features stories of how God has led me to pursue new initiatives.

As I reflect on our work over the past few months, I am reminded of the words of Apostle Peter, who, in his letter, emphasizes the importance of humility under God's authority and guidance. He writes, "So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor" (1 Peter 5:6). This scripture encourages us to humbly submit ourselves to God's authority and trust in His timing for exaltation. Peter's letter addresses various themes, including humility, highlighting the significance of remaining steadfast in faith amidst trials and persecution and affirming that humility before God is crucial in our faith journey.

Thank you for standing with me on this journey. Continue reading to learn more about what God has been doing.

Crossing Borders to the Deaf Community
I'm going to Sierra Leone on July 20! I will join the Global Partnership team and support them in starting the Bible project for two weeks, from July 22 through August 3. After the training project, I will depart Sierra Leone for my next destination.

Prayer Requests:
1. For the Bible Translation Project: Pray for the smooth progression of the Bible translation training scheduled to begin in January 2025. Ask for God's guidance and wisdom for all involved, and Deaf Gambians will receive God's Word in their heart language.

2. For the Deaf Community in the Gambia: Pray for the continued enthusiasm and commitment of the teachers and community leaders involved in the project. Ask for their strength and unity in mobilizing the Deaf community to participate and lead the initiative actively.

3. For the BethGold Foundation (BGF): Pray for Charles as he continues to follow God’s guidance in advancing the vision of BGF. Ask for successful collaborations with the Gambian interpreting agency, the Deaf Association, and the Deaf Women Society to address critical issues within the Deaf community.

4. For the Upcoming Trip to Sierra Leone: Pray for safe travels and fruitful efforts as I join the Global Partnership team in starting the Bible project in Sierra Leone from July 22 through August 3. Ask for God's blessings on this new endeavor and for the Deaf community in Sierra Leone to be receptive and engaged.

5. Pray for my safe travels to the next destination (Stay tuned for more details in my next newsletter)
Your continued support and prayers have been instrumental in making these advancements possible. I deeply appreciate your partnership in spreading the gospel and impacting the lives of the Deaf community.

Glory in Christ,

Kevlasha
