OTHERS:
-Rev. Cheryl Ragas (LA): Last Sunday morning I just learned from Mrs Nita, a hearing lady (she has a deaf grandson, Nathaniel) telling us to pray for Russell who protected her grandson from the car accident, but he got broken ribs and Nathan is fine but very upset about his deaf boss. Russell's wife Ellitre been coming to my church. She was not here this morning. After hearing Mrs Nita, I called Ellitre. She said her husband Russell now at home, doing fine but feels very much sore all over. She told me that he protected Nathan from getting hurt but himself hurt. I told them that my church prayed for him immediately after hearing the news.
-Rev. Cheryl Ragas (LA): I met a deaf woman whom I haven't seen since both of us retired from USDA back in 2015! Her name is Cynthia LaCour. She asked me to pray for her since her doctor took her name off the waiting list. She will not live long. Her kidney goes bad, but she still goes to dialysis every week. She is worn out. I did pray with her.
-Dawna Lopez Wildenstein (CO): Man charged after shooting someone during argument: My precious daughter in law and son (Springfield MO) got a call early Monday morning from a detective in St Louis, MO. Her Dad was shot, and her brother is in custody. The head wound was severe, and he passed away Wednesday. My heart and mind have been swimming and hard to concentrate on anything. PRAYERS APPRECIATED!!!
-Rev.Marva Petrus’ (IL) mother in law passed away

PRAY FOR OUR TEAM:
- Pray for our team’s work as we do second-draft revisions on several passages this month based on the feedback from our consultant on the first drafts.
- Pray for our translation consultants, as their workload is HEAVY this year. Pray we are all able to meet our deadlines.
- Our team needs to figure out temporary options for an office/studio for the rest of this year. Pray that God provides a location that is more convenient for all of us compared to the current place we are in.
- The DOOR and Deaf Harbor administrators will soon begin working on the proposal for our project’s 2025 funding. Pray for wisdom for them as they plan and draft the proposal.

PRAY FOR OTHER DEAF TRANSLATION TEAMS:
- Due to the shifting situation in Ukraine, the Ukraine translation is facing various logistical challenges. Pray for their protection and that their work is able to continue with minimal disruption.
- Pray for God to raise up more people who are interested in becoming sign language translation consultants, and for God to provide funding for them.

Thank you for praying with us!
The ASL CBT Translation Team
Ron, RuthAnna, Tyler, Bobby, and Stuart
